The short version
internetdoodle is one shared, anonymous, public drawing board. Anyone can open it and start drawing. We do not ask for your name, your email, or an account.
You draw at your own discretion. Be decent. The rest of this page explains what that means in practice.
What's not allowed, and is removed
Some content is illegal, not just unwelcome. An automated system scans the board for it and removes it, and we remove it by hand when the system misses something. This includes:
- 01 Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors, in any form, including drawings.
- 02 Terrorist or violent extremist symbols and propaganda, and banned symbols such as Nazi symbols.
- 03 Incitement to violence or hatred against people because of who they are.
- 04 Credible threats of violence against real people.
- 05 Anything else illegal under applicable EU and German law.
This content is deleted, not covered up. There is no block, no fade, no second look. In serious cases, especially anything involving minors, we report it to the authorities. There is no tolerance for it, ever.
Everything else is up to you
Nobody here plays censor.
Outside the list above, the board is deliberately free. Crude, rude, silly, ugly, or offensive drawings are not policed by us, as long as they are legal.
Instead, every person gets five blocks a day, refilled daily: plain white patches to cover content they personally do not want to see. Every stroke also fades to grey over seven days and settles into the background unless someone chooses to etch it.
The community shapes the board, not a moderator. If you do not like something legal, block it or draw over it. That is the whole system.
Anonymity & data
We do not require an account and we do not collect personal data. A nickname is optional, and if you set one it lives only in your own browser, never on our servers.
We do not attach your identity to anything you draw. There is one exception: when the automated system flags content as genuinely illegal, we keep a record of that specific content for legal and reporting purposes.
Reporting
If you see something illegal, you can report it. Flagging a spot on the board triggers an automated re-check of that content.
